“For MDRT qualifiers?”
“The Million Dollar Round Table achievers of your company, a Vision Board Party?”
“Are you sure?”
My mind kept asking those questions when the FWD’s MDRT trainer asked me to conduct a session for their elite circle during their kick off party.
Why such reaction? Only because I wasn’t sure if there was something new that I can offer them.
I mean, once you’ve become a millionaire, I am certain, you have a Vision Board!
So what will make these high achievers need, appreciate and love the Vision Board Party session, I asked myself.
I went back to basics. And I used what I learned from attending Tony Robbin’s live seminar in Singapore.
The big day came. I noticed the MDRT qualifiers slowly filled the SMX Aura room, greeted each other warmly (others flew all the way from Visayas and Mindanao) and then the next thing I knew, their British Chief Distribution Officer Mr. John Johnson was on stage talking which means that in 5 minutes, it will be MY turn.
My friend, and I am being completely honest here, that 37th workshop was the BEST workshop I’ve ever had! As far as this signature program is concerned, everything turned out perfect.
And as they say, the rest is history. Go judge by the look on their faces:
Can I tell you what are the top 3 things I loved about the FWD MDRT team?
- The room was so big. There were about 180 people in the room and normally when the crowd is like that for a workshop, it might be a challenge to really involve everyone. But not with the leaders of FWD. They were very cooperative. They say “Oh, yes!” when questions were thrown at them. They stood up when requested that they move around. They smiled when jokes were cracked. They VALUED every moment that their company invested for them. No wonder they made it that far.
- I got so surprised that they approached me like I was their long-lost friend. The moment I got off the stage, they did not stop chatting with me. They were very HUMBLE and they were generous in sharing their own thoughts and experiences from making their own vision boards as well. I couldn’t believe how friendly and thirsty they were for wisdom and affirmations.
- Before I got a confirmation to do the workshop for them, I had a meeting with some of their bosses in the training department in the Philippines. During the 30 minutes of my presentation, that was when I learned how picky, sincere and game the whole team of FWD Philippines is into taking their creme de la creme to the next level. I loved how their executives asked questions while keeping in mind how the activity will affect their best performers. I loved how detailed they were. I loved the burning passion I felt in that office. They were BADASS!
